BSS team joined 2,000 runners in the 31st annual Dick Batchelor Run for the Children 5k on January 28, 2012.  This is our second consecutive year participating, we had a team of 67 and won the award for the largest team. We assisted this cause in raising awareness of the child abuse treatment and prevention work being done at The Howard Phillips Center at Arnold Palmer Hospital.

BSS supports Breast Cancer Awareness Day on October 24, 2011.  More than 200,000 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer this year.   Except for skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer among American women.

Pathways to Home is a Seminole County collaborative of not for profit, for profit, faith based organizations, private citizens and government agencies coming together in Seminole County,

Florida to eliminate homelessness among families with children.

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

BSS was proud to participate in the 4th

Annual "Buddy Walk" for Nathaniel's Hope which provides hope and assistance to families  with special needs children.  The walk was held by Lake Eola on Saturday, June 3, 2006. Approximately 2,000 participants were on hand.  We passed out goodies, treats, and brochures outlining BSS   services.
